This is a deeply relaxing and healing session which shows you how to make friends with your body and mind. In a light trance, combining a let-go with alertness, you will explore and befriend your bodymind's creative and self-healing energies.
You will be able to focus these energies on specific issues, such as smoking, eating imbalances, insomnia, aches and pains – anything that needs to be brought to wholeness and balance again.
You will lie down or sit comfortably while the facilitator's voice will guide you into a soft space of relaxed awareness using gentle soothing music and spaces of silence.

Facilitator Bio : Kimaya is a holistic therapist, facilitator, and trainer in the field of bodymind, energy work, and meditation with more than 25 years of experience. She is a trainer of “OSHO Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Your BodyMind”, “OSHO Meditation In-Depth and Facilitating Training”.
She also facilitates other courses, including Tantric Meditation Retreats, Hara Awareness, Holistic Bodywork, Trauma Healing and Tantra for Women Series at the OSHO International Meditation Resort - India and around the world.
