OSHO Feel, Accept, Relax: Meditations for Women
Six Different Ways of Experiencing Yourself

Online Course on Zoom – Sat & Sun, 3 hours each day

This weekend course for women is based on meditation techniques from Osho’s The Book of Secrets. These techniques begin with very ordinary human experiences — how we relate to our feelings, our bodies, the people and situations around us, and to ourselves.

During the weekend, you will experience six of them.

What We Will Explore

Expanding in all directions
When we feel insecure, we contract: physically, emotionally, socially. We protect ourselves, hold back, make ourselves smaller, stay with what feels safe. This meditation lets you experiment with the opposite experience: allowing your sense of yourself to expand outward — without having to do anything in the outside world.

Accepting what is there
Or when you stop trying to get rid of an uncomfortable feeling — anger, fear, or jealousy, for example — and simply allow yourself to see that it is there. To see yourself more clearly without condemning yourself, and to understand that other people struggle with many of the same things.

Staying with joy
Something makes you happy — and rather than letting the moment pass while your mind moves on to the next thing, you turn your attention toward the joy itself and stay with it.

Experiencing your body from within
One meditation is designed specifically around a woman’s body, bringing awareness to the breasts and experiencing this intimate part of the body from within rather than through how it looks from the outside.

Another brings attention to the spine. When the mind is busy and attention is everywhere, the spine becomes a simple place to bring that attention back to the body and to your center.

Finding peace without waiting for everything else to change
We so easily think, I’ll relax when this problem is solved; when this person understands me; when work calms down; when my relationship is okay. In this meditation, we turn this around: instead of waiting for something outside to change, you bring your attention to the heart and explore the experience of peace there.

What Happens During the Weekend

During the live online sessions, you will learn each technique, experience it, and have time to share what you notice and ask questions. You don’t need previous experience with meditation to join.

The six meditations are quite different, so you will have the opportunity to experience different parts of yourself.

Who Is This Course For?

The course is open to any woman who is curious.

You don’t need to come with a particular problem to solve. The weekend is a chance to experience something new, try six different meditation techniques, and see what you find useful in your own life.

Meditations You Can Continue With

By the end of the weekend, you will not only know how to do each of the six meditations, you will also have experienced each one for yourself.

You may find that one particularly appeals to you at the moment and want to continue with it for a while. Or you may return to different meditations at different times. All six are there for you to use whenever they feel relevant.

TIMES ARE SHOWN IN YOUR LOCAL TIME ZONE.
