Nice and refreshing event. Easy to follow and well organised. Opportunity to participate and experience different meditation techniques. Some of them have tried first time. Energy of the group is better in comparison to practicing alone. Facilitators felt were friendly with take it easy approach which was nice and encouraging.

Thank you I really enjoyed this day. I only attended 2 of the meditation sessions (Kundalini Meditation and Turiya’s Body and Centering practices) and I found them really great and very beneficial. Thank you to all. I will certainly consider joining future meditation days, and also courses with Turiya. I found it helpful to have guidance with the meditation practices with great teachers, and also to meditate in a group.

I really enjoy taking part in the global day of OSHO Active meditations and I appreciate that it is held every month as it keeps me connected with the community. These meditations are a great way of connecting me to my inner self and I love the variety of choice each month.

Even I managed only to take part in OSHO Kundalini and OSHO Evening Meeting,
it gave me a fresh energy like a cool breeze coming through the body and moments of presence and stillness – a rejuvenation, also, because the instructions where very well and joyfully given by the facilitator.

I attend every month on zoom “Meditation Days”. Every month different meditations with different facilitators, at different times, a variety of OSHO Meditations both active and passive is an excellent introduction to meditation which one can continue on the app iosho on a daily basis. I am so grateful.
