It was a beautiful course that really showed me the real point of active meditations. I used to do some of them, but in the masculine way, like a sport. She showed me the beauty of doing them joyful and relaxed, without much effort. And they went so deep ! Much deeper then my previous masculine way…. I’m really grateful for that! With love.
