Intense & Exquisite Intro

This was my first experience with OSHO and this style of active meditation. I was resistant at first, it’s simple but not easy. I’m grateful that I was inspired to attend the course and persistent or curious enough to complete it. There was one aspect of my personality that chose to reveal and release that was especially transformative. I intend to incorporate a shorter version of this practice into my meditation routine. Many thanks!

Life changing

This course helped me more than I could have hoped for. I had been having a lot of difficulty getting a good night’s sleep, and while it is not perfect yet, it improved as soon as I started the course. Strangely, my sense of smell also got a lot better, after being not very good for the last couple of years. I feel more energized in general. I’d say it’s the best thing that’s happened to my meditation practice (going on like 34 years) in a long time–one of the things that has really brought it to another level of simplicity and giving me back more than I put in. Highly recommended.

New clarity

I feel grateful for being part of this course and for the great service provided by Bela. I am able now to see more clearly what i need to realise. With the different exercises i was able to increase my self awareness about my inner child and what to do next. Thanks so much…. I will continuing doing this important job for the most important person in this world….  myself! Sending inner peace and light! With love Tiago

The experience has been a

The experience has been a pleasant surprise because at first I was not too convinced. However, I have been able to verify that each day ends up being a different experience. At first it may seem directed, but if you let yourself go, it is surprising what can come out of your mind, and how it conditions you in your daily life. It is a liberating process, a cleansing that really works. In fact, after finishing the course, I have continued the practice on my own because it helps me get rid of the mental noise that I have inside, to then enter silence.
Thank you so much for sharing!
