The Course “How to deal with Anger” is so beautifully designed and facilitated Maneesha that It made Meditation practice so easy and helpful in my day to day life. In this course Maneesha shared more than 20 meditation techniques which I can practice at any time whether I am in market, home, office or waiting on traffic signal or listening to someone. This course gives me immense insight to live consciously my day to day life.
So much gratitude and love OIO and Maneesha for offering this course.

Deep

The course was very nourishing. Maneesha is a gentle facilitator, very sensitive and intuitive. The way she repeats others sharings helped me a lot (language and all).
Dealing with fear is an issue for me. And in the course I was reminded of small meditation techniques I knew already but had forgotten and I learned new once. Like protective aura, or giving energy to the hara. The course took care about dancing, was great music, to the change with sitting .
