Life changing

This course helped me more than I could have hoped for. I had been having a lot of difficulty getting a good night’s sleep, and while it is not perfect yet, it improved as soon as I started the course. My sense of smell improved after years of being dull, and I feel more energized in general. The best thing for my 34-year meditation practice in a long time – bringing simplicity and giving back more than I put in. Highly recommended.

The experience has been a pleasant surprise because at first I was not too convinced. However, I have been able to verify that each day ends up being a different experience. At first it may seem directed, but if you let yourself go, it is surprising what can come out of your mind. It is a liberating process, a cleansing that really works. In fact, after finishing the course, I have continued the practice on my own because it helps me get rid of the mental noise that I have inside, to then enter silence.

I am happy to recommend OSHO Opening to Intimacy course. It was really transformative for me. While I was opening up to other people and listening to their own stories, I realized a lot of things about myself. I keep the journal every day and every day some new insight comes to the surface.

Being able to give myself safety and peace that I’ve been looking for in others feels good

I participated in OSHO Opening to Intimacy course twice. I see things that were previously hidden, like peeling off another layer. It brings more relaxation and satisfaction with what is. Even my appetite decreased, which makes me happy, especially in the evening. I feel I’ve taken another step toward balance. To get my relating with others out of conditioning is to start creating that safety and peace that I need inside myself. Being able to do this feels good. Giving myself something that I’ve always looked for in others.
I came out of the course with tangible changes.
