I have never experienced such a emotional release and more importantly a deeper understanding of myself, my emotions and my subconscious patterns that were literally killing me. Bela guided me a through a series of phases to unravel the onion layer by layer that resulted in a total emotional, physical and spiritual release and awakening. Days after this course im feeling healthier, happier and more understanding and loving to myself than i ever have and for that i am eternally grateful to Bela!

Thank you so much for this wonderful course! It’s revealed a lot from my childhood to me.
And I believe it was the first time in my adult life that I’ve really felt my little child. I still contact her before falling asleep and when I’m alone in the forest. This time is so precious, although my attention wonders away often ! But I keep coming back to my child in it feels so good.
