I only attended 2 of the meditation sessions (Kundalini Meditation and Turiya’s Body and Centering practices) and I found them really great and very beneficial. Thank you to all. I will certainly consider joining future meditation days, and also courses with Turiya. I found it helpful to have guidance with the meditation practices with great teachers, and also to meditate in a group, which I find always has a strong and supportive energy.
