OSHO Creativity is Our Nature

LIVE Online Course – Sat & Sun, 3 hours a day

Experience creativity as a natural, joyful process — with a meditative touch

This course is an invitation to reconnect with the creativity that is already within you.
There’s no need for artistic experience — only curiosity and a willingness to explore.

The process unfolds naturally. Each person finds their own way of expressing — through color, sound, movement, words, or sculpturing. Some may paint or write; others might sing, dance, or simply sit in silence and watch what arises.

Along the way, we explore OSHO Meditations — both active and silent — and share our experiences in simple circles of connection.

The door is open to everyone:

  • those who believe they’re “not creative,”
  • those who feel shy to express themselves,
  • and those who already create but wish to rediscover freshness and flow.

A relaxed and friendly atmosphere naturally appears, making space to connect with yourself and to express what is truly alive in you. Here, creativity and meditation meet — and expression becomes a way of returning to yourself.

What you may experience

  • A sense of playfulness, joy, and inner freedom
  • More ease and confidence to express yourself
  • Fresh inspiration to create in everyday life
  • A glimpse of creativity as a form of meditation — a quiet, alive space inside

Approach

We use simple body–mind techniques and short meditations — such as OSHO Golden Light, Gibberish, Laughter Meditation, and dancing — as doorways into creative flow.
The course unfolds spontaneously, guided by the energy of each participant.

What to bring

Please have paper, colored pencils, crayons, or paints (acrylic or watercolor) and brushes ready.
If you feel drawn to other forms — writing, music, or movement — you’re welcome to include them. There’s no need for special materials. What matters most is your openness to explore and enjoy the process. What matters most is your openness to explore and enjoy the process.
