Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is a moving meditation composed of soft, flowing movements that are designed to stimulate the acupuncture meridians and their associated organs to promote self-healing.
We use meditation, visualisation, breath and movement to reconnect the mind, breath, energy and the body which serves to slow the body, mind and breath and to stimulate natural healing.
There are many forms of qigong practiced throughout the world and in these classes, which are open to everyone, we will focus on many of the most famous Qigong sets.

Facilitator Bio : Raj has been learning and teaching Qigong for more than 40 years. His Qigong teachers include some of those who brought Qigong from China to the West in the 70’s and 80’s. He says that his greatest Qigong teacher has been, and continues to be, Osho.
