Feldenkrais Movement Integration with Turiya
As all behavioural and emotional patterns are expressed through the body too, these individually tailored movement sequences will also allow you to gently step out of anxiety, anger, sadness, constant worrying or fear so that you can come back to an inner state of lightness and ease.
All practical impulses provided aim at the re-organisation of the neuromuscular system toward its natural function given to us by nature. In other words: You are going to experience “neuroplasticity in action”.
This experiential session aims to:
- free your body from unnecessary tension and physical side-effects of stress
- use the body’s perception to de-wire emotional and physiological patterns
- influence bodily symptoms, aches and pain in a positive way
- restore neuromuscular balance
- experience a sense of lightness and fluidity in your body
- remember the love for you body and yourself
- use body awareness to deepen your meditative practice
Duration: 60 or 90 min.
If you’ve been living with persisting symptoms or personal challenges over a longer period of time, a 90 min. session or even a more detailed intervention of 3 to 6 sessions is recommended.
