The course takes place over 7 days and is approximately one hour long.
For seven days, one hour each day, while in a light trance that combines deep relaxation with alertness, you will be gently guided to listen and speak to your body and mind.

Optional: Become a certified facilitator and share this process with others.
Without any “doing” by the day-to-day conscious mind, you will in your deep relaxation enlist the power of the unconscious mind and its creative and self-healing energies to deal with symptoms and issues that cause you pain and un-ease.
You can use the process for specific issues, such as smoking, eating imbalances, insomnia, aches and pains, unhealthy behaviors – anything that needs to be brought back to its natural wholeness and balance.
You can learn to facilitate this process if you have previously completed the course and are a woman. When you book, just check the box that you want to Learn to Facilitate and follow the prompts. The extra facilitator training sessions start on the second day and are 3.5 hours long. At the end of the training, you will receive a Certificate of Completion, the facilitating manual, the music for conducting the process, and licensing information. See below for additional details.

Why is this process so effective?
The symptoms and issues we are struggling with are usually held in place by unconscious, artificial mechanisms, learned for the best of reasons in our very early life and then forgotten. Instead of being our own best friend and trusting the innate wisdom of our body and mind, we have learned to become a “house divided against itself.”
While in a light trance that combines deep relaxation with alertness, you will be gently guided to listen and speak to your body and mind. You will be your own friend again. Redirecting the power of your unconscious mind and its creative and self-healing energies, you will, without any effort on your part, address the symptoms and issues that cause you pain and un-ease and find the way to your natural wholeness and balance again. The process is so effective because when you re-connect with your natural balance and wholeness, you reconnect with what is easy and right – and because the process by-passes the conscious mind which is always divided. Once understood, you can apply this method in your life, on your own, on an ongoing basis.

You will be given an in-depth understanding of the different components of this beautiful process, with time to practice and gain confidence.

How to prepare for the course:
Make sure you can comfortably sit up, as well as recline or lie down – and that you can easily hear in both positions. You may also like to keep a shawl or light blanket at hand.
Garimo is a long-time facilitator and trainer for OSHO Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Your BodyMind. She was trained in hypnosis and is a long-time meditator, with a deep understanding of this process.
Garimo was also closely involved with the development of the OSHO Meditation: In-depth and Facilitating courses and coordinates its team of over 30 international facilitators. She additionally facilitates the OSHO Inner Skills courses and gives individual counseling sessions in the fields of meditation and life issues.
