A guided trance process in which you'll learn how to relax yourself into self-hypnosis. If you find that your mind goes crazy the moment you sit down to meditate this will show you how to get to a space where a cool, detached watching is possible.
How often do you make a firm, conscious commitment to something and then find it just doesn't happen? Or become aware that you are, yet again, repeating an old destructive pattern of behavior?
How are Hypnosis & Meditation Connected?
It may seem paradoxical - hypnosis is putting you into trance and meditation is about waking up and becoming aware! Hypnosis allows the mind to step back, to relax, allowing meditation to happen spontaneously. For many people, the active mind can be a barrier to going into meditation. This way of entering into relaxation with awareness, becomes the doorway to deeper meditation.
Why Self-Hypnosis for Meditation?
Through hypnosis you can go into a state of relaxation so stillness arises within you. With self-hypnosis there is no issue of trust, that you can be given a 'wrong' suggestion - it's so easy as you're the one giving the suggestion. The beauty of it, is that no dependency can arise on the person giving the suggestion. Just a little trust is needed to take the first step.
By giving yourself suggestions that work after the hypnosis - you can help yourself to go more easily and more deeply into meditation each time.

When you book, just check the box that you want to Learn to Facilitate and follow the prompts. The extra facilitator training sessions start on the second day and are 2 hours long. What will you learn?
You will gain an understanding Osho’s vision of hypnosis and how meditation is a tool of de-hypnosis and how de-hypnosis is a tool for meditation.
For hypnosis trust is the first condition.
Learn how to recognize trust and how to build trust if it is not there.
Learn specific meditation techniques to stay centred and confident.
We will practice with each other to get experience with talking to someone's unconscious and get feedback on what works and what does not work.
