ES: OSHO® Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to your BodyMind™ & Facilitating 12-18 Mar 2021 (n)

ES: The course takes place over 7 days and is approximately one hour long.

ES: For seven days, one hour each day, while in a light trance that combines deep relaxation with alertness, you will be gently guided to listen and speak to your body and mind.

ES: Without any “doing” by the day-to-day conscious mind, you will in your deep relaxation enlist the power of the unconscious mind and its creative and self-healing energies to deal with symptoms and issues that cause you pain and un-ease.

ES: Optional: Become a certified facilitator and share this process with others.
ES: Learn to facilitate if you have previously completed the course and are a woman. ES: When you book just check the box that you want to Learn to Facilitate and follow the prompts. ES: The extra sessions start on the second day and are 3.5 hours long. ES: See below for more details.

ES: Why Is It so Effective?
ES: Whatever happens in the mind is reflected in the body. ES: And there are so many conflicts happening in the mind, through its thoughts and emotions, even conditioned ideas against our bodies, that this anguish and anxiety enters the body and causes energetic blocks and tensions there, which then appear as physical problems.

ES: In a light trance, combining deep relaxation with alertness, you will explore and befriend your bodymind’s creative and self-healing energies. ES: You will be able to focus these energies on specific issues, such as smoking, eating imbalances, insomnia, aches and pains – anything that needs to be brought to wholeness and balance again.

ES: You will be given an in-depth understanding of the different parts of this beautiful process.

ES: When you have experienced the benefits of this healing and self-love process for yourself, learning to conduct it for others will deepen and enrich your own journey with it. ES: You will also find it amazingly relaxing and joyful to conduct the process.

ES: Garimo is a long-time facilitator and trainer for OSHO Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Your BodyMind. ES: She was trained in hypnosis and is a long-time meditator, with a deep understanding of this process.

ES: Garimo was also closely involved with the development of the OSHO Meditation: In-depth and Facilitating courses and coordinates its team of over 30 international facilitators. ES: She additionally facilitates the OSHO Inner Skills courses and gives individual counseling sessions in the fields of meditation and life issues.
