A journey into the uncharted territory of our bodies
This adventure in conscious, connected movement will allow you to become more grounded and to start living in natural relaxed alignment. Your body can feel light, easy and free and a space of meditative awareness can become part of your daily life.
You will learn a series of subtle self-care movements to heal or prevent discomfort in your bodymind relating to back, neck, shoulder and knee pain. Stress-related conditions such as headache, insomnia, burn-out and depression can also be addressed with the techniques you will learn in the course.

  • A LIVE online weekend course. Saturday and Sunday. Approximately 4 hours a day
  • Q&A with the therapist
  • Directions regarding OSHO Meditations that may help you at this stage of your journey

OSHO Dynamic, OSHO Kundalini Meditation and the OSHO Evening Meeting are essential parts of any course booked on OIO and if you haven’t already done so, please make sure you have subscribed to iOSHO prior to the course starting. Once subscribed you will be able to do the meditations in the time and place suggested by the facilitator. Currently there is a free, 7-day trial, available. If the course you’ve booked is longer than 7 days, we suggest that you subscribe for one month.
