You decide something important for yourself – but it doesn’t happen? Why not?
Because the decision was made by your conscious mind. But your unconscious mind is the one that really decides.
Without including the unconscious, nothing happens. In fact, your “decision” becomes even weaker with each failure.
So, we need to find a way to include the unconscious mind in the process, so it is now in full support of whatever is decided.
That is what hypnosis is: a way of communicating directly with your unconscious mind.
Traditionally, the hypnotist helps you move into a trance and then suggests something to your unconscious mind. If your unconscious accepts the suggestion, it will happen. If it doesn’t, it won’t.
Now, imagine what is possible if you could learn how to put yourself into a trance and make suggestions to your own unconscious? – without depending on any hypnotist!
