Most of the time in

Most of the time in our cultures, I can say everywhere in the world, we always live for others. They say, ‘Don’t cry,’ we don’t cry. They say, ‘Don’t laugh,’ we don’t laugh. But here in this process, I could cry, I could laugh, and I could also be in silence.

It taught me to express

It taught me to express what I feel instead of holding it back, and to let emotions move naturally. Not everything needs to be explained, controlled or turned into a story. When I allow myself to feel and express something, there is less need to carry afterwards or let it build up inside.

Most of all, it reminded me to let go of control. To stop trying to manage every emotion or protect myself from what I might feel tomorrow.

Joy and being

I love to express my feelings through the body and voice.
Through the dance alchemy I found joy in body movements and acceptance for my imperfect body. This made the miracle happen the rise of trust in my being.

It was a very interesting

It was a very interesting experience because I love to dance, and it felt like an easy yet deep way to dive into myself. Dancing together with other people was a great experience, and being able to do it online worked perfectly!
