The program was amazing. I really loved the meditations (voice, music, content), the duration of the course and the weekly meetings online. Maneesha is a wonderful teacher and inspiring personality with her knowledge, her playfulness and her wisdom. I’m very happy I joined this program!

This was a well-balanced meditation

This well-balanced weekly meditation course offered a new method each week, with time between sessions to practice, reflect, and ask questions in the WhatsApp group. It was not a serious meditation course at all, rather playfulness was encouraged, such as dancing, laughing etc. to make meditation a natural flow without effort. In addition to the weekly meditation practice, many more simple meditation techniques were introduced and experienced during the sessions.

This course helps me slow down so that I can perceive more between thoughts and being. That helps me to get out of the action mode in my daily life and to experience myself with what is there in a more relaxed way. That’s how I experienced the course; less is more in a nice setting.
