I participated in OSHO Opening to Intimacy course twice. I see things that were previously hidden, like peeling off another layer. It brings more relaxation and satisfaction with what is. Even my appetite decreased, which makes me happy, especially in the evening. I feel I’ve taken another step toward balance. To get my relating with others out of conditioning is to start creating that safety and peace that I need inside myself. Being able to do this feels good. Giving myself something that I’ve always looked for in others.
I came out of the course with tangible changes.
