Meditation Day was nice and Refreshing event. Easy to follow and nicely organised. Opportunity to participate and experience different meditation techniques. Some of them have tried first time. Energy of the group is better in comparison to practicing alone. Facilirators felt were friendly with take it easy approach which was nice and encouraging. Felt at moments different experiences like inner calmness along with periods of more energy healing process with more awareness of some deeper thought processes .
