The information and movements provided during this course helped me identify the points of tension in my body, which were pushing me out of my natural alignment and contributing to chronic pain. Once I found out how being in my natural alignment feels like, I have been able to release tension by practising movements easily incorporated to my daily routine. Also, I have been learning to identify my limits, inviting a new slower pace to enjoy life.
