This course helped me more than I could have hoped for. I had been having a lot of difficulty getting a good night’s sleep, and while it is not perfect yet, it improved as soon as I started the course. My sense of smell improved after years of being dull, and I feel more energized in general. The best thing for my 34-year meditation practice in a long time — bringing simplicity and giving back more than I put in. Highly recommended.
