This 6-week live online course is taken together with a group, with weekly Zoom sessions, home practice, and a supportive space to deal with strong emotions and emotional pain. Difficult situations challenge us deeply. in an instant, we can be flooded with feelings of anger, sadness, fear, guilt — all blending into a constant sense of suffering, anxiety, restlessness. Our natural reaction is to push this suffering away by ignoring it or keeping ourselves occupied.

But has that ever truly helped? Has it ever brought real relief or healing? Has it ever done anything other than consuming us, prolonging the pain and adding to the original suffering? Even if we complain about it to friends, we are still avoiding the suffering, by talking about it, rather than feeling it.

A New Way Forward: Facing and Transforming Emotions

What is needed is a 180º shift: instead of running, we start opening our eyes towards the suffering. When we face it and allow ourselves to experience it, it actually has a chance to heal. Only this way, can we create the possibility for inner peace, clarity, a motivation to act differently, and ultimately to a permanent resolution of the original source of our suffering.

What You’ll Learn

In this course, you will:

  • Discover the Heart’s Transformative Power: it immediately transforms the energy — negativity into positivity — turning suffering into inner peace.
  • Practice OSHO Heart Meditation Technique:  a simple, music-supported technique centred around breathing into the heart. When we absorb the pain and misery into our heart, it becomes transformed into joy and blissfulness. This is something not many people know about and we only discover it in meditation. It has a therapeutic and healing effect and helps you resolve your issues.

Course Structure

  • Weekly Sessions: We’ll meet once a week for six weeks (75 minutes per session), providing space for OSHO Heart Meditation, explanations, discussions, Q&A, and sharing personal experiences.
  • Ongoing Practice: To deepen the meditation’s impact, you’ll be encouraged to practice OSHO Heart Meditation on your own every other day (50 minutes). Meditation supportive music provided.
  • Support: Each session will include Osho insights to guide you along this path of emotional transformation, of responsibility for how we feel – and inner freedom. The facilitator will be available via email and 15 minutes before each session to answer any questions you may have. Dedicated WhatsApp Group will also be available.
