Many of us notice that certain patterns repeat in life — the same reactions, the same emotional loops, the same challenges appearing again and again.

Even when we understand these patterns mentally, they can still continue. Often the roots lie deeper than the mind — in the subtle energy of the body.

The chakra system offers a way to explore this inner energy.

The Chakras: A Map of Inner Experience

In meditation, this inner energy is sometimes experienced as a subtle movement within the body.

This subtle energy is described as moving through the body and gathering in centers known as chakras. Each chakra expresses a different quality of energy and relates to aspects of our experience such as grounding, creativity, power, love, expression, and awareness.

When Energy Flows Freely

When energy flows easily, we often feel balanced, clear, and alive. When the flow is restricted, it may appear as tension, emotional difficulty, or a sense of being stuck.

Exploring the Chakras Through Direct Experience

This course offers a practical and experiential exploration of the chakra system, inspired by Osho’s insights. Rather than focusing on theory, the emphasis is on direct experience through awareness and meditation.

Dhyan’s passion for authentic transformation has brought her deeply into different kinds of work in the world of Osho. An experienced meditator and facilitator, with more than 20 years’ experience, she has been trained in and facilitates all OSHO Meditative Therapies and many more. She is passionate about supporting people, deepening their meditation, and bringing meditative qualities into their daily life.
