In this course, we explore gentle movement and awareness practices that support a more easeful relationship with the body.
The Feldenkrais method helps reduce unnecessary effort by guiding you toward more natural, comfortable movement patterns. it is based on the understanding that we develop and maintain habitual ways of moving that create stress in the body. These habits have both physical and psychological effects and often suppress our natural body awareness.
Integrating awareness methods
Body-awareness techniques from Osho’s The Book of Secrets offer a direct, experiential way to reconnect with the body. When combined with Feldenkrais movements, the two approaches work together to dissolve the bodymind split. This allows imbalance to unwind and helps prevent chronic tension and ill health from becoming embedded in the system.

Meet Your Facilitator - Turiya
Turiya is an experienced bodymind trainer, Feldenkrais practitioner, hypnotherapist, meditation facilitator and published author who has been working in the field of bodymind integration and meditation for 25 years.
For as long as she can remember, Turiya has been interested in “how one can help oneself feel at home in the body and good in one’s own skin.” This curiosity has been present throughout her life and is reflected in the body awareness and meditation based work called “BodyWareness” which she has developed over the years.
