When Emotions Take Over

Difficult situations challenge us deeply.

In an instant, we can be flooded with feelings of anger, sadness, fear, guilt — all blending into a constant sense of suffering, anxiety, restlessness.

Our natural reaction is to push this suffering away by ignoring it or keeping ourselves occupied.

But has that ever truly helped?
Has it ever brought real relief or healing?

Even when we talk about it, we are often still avoiding it — rather than feeling it.
When suffering is repeatedly pushed aside, it does not disappear — it settles deeper. It creates a constant background of tension, reactivity, and emotional fatigue. The same patterns repeat, and the original pain remains unresolved.

A 180º Shift

What is needed is a 180º shift. Instead of running, we begin opening our eyes toward the suffering.

When we face it and allow ourselves to experience it, it has a chance to heal. Only this way can we create the possibility for inner peace, clarity, and a lasting resolution of the original source of our suffering.

When the Heart Becomes a Transforming Force

Through the practice of OSHO Heart Meditation, you begin to address your own suffering — allowing it to transform into joy and blissfulness.

The heart is a transforming force: when we absorb the pain and misery into the heart, the energy changes. This is something not many people know about — and we discover it in meditation.

The 7-Day Plan

This 7-day live online journey is taken together with a group, with daily Zoom sessions, home practice, and a supportive space to work with strong emotions and emotional pain.

Each session gently guides you to stay present with what arises — instead of pushing it away.

Through This Process, You May Find:

  • A renewed sense of lightness and inner space
  • Less reactivity and less taking things personally
  • Greater compassion for your own emotions
  • A restored sense of aliveness and joy

“You will be surprised if you do it. The moment you take all the sufferings of the world inside you, they are no longer sufferings. The heart immediately transforms the energy. The heart is a transforming force: drink in misery, and it is transformed into blissfulness… then pour it out.”
