In a safe, supportive, atmosphere, we will use selected Somatic Experiencing and Self-Regulation processes to release and integrate blocked energy and let go of self-limiting beliefs naturally.
Techniques from The Book of Secrets will enhance our ability for acceptance, self-compassion and witnessing, as a natural harmony is re-established in our being.

OSHO Dynamic, OSHO Kundalini Meditation and the OSHO Evening Meeting are essential parts of any course booked on OIO and if you haven’t already done so, please make sure you have subscribed to iOSHO prior to the course starting.
