Deepen Your Experience & Learn to Facilitate OSHO Meditations

Osho course image

“There are many things that you learn only when you start teaching them.” Osho

This course offers an in-depth understanding and practice of each full one-hour meditation. Training sessions will focus on giving you the know-how, the resources, and the confidence to share the meditations with others.

Here is one of the many understandings from Osho that the course explores:

“One has to be very playful about meditation, one has to learn to enjoy it as fun. One has not to be serious about it – be serious and you miss. One has to go into it very joyfully.”

WHY SHOULD I ATTEND?

Osho indicates:

“Your approach to meditation, and your understanding of the key points of each meditation, can make all the difference – in your experience and to the benefits you take away.”

This understanding is vital when you want to share the meditations with others. Whether you have already been facilitating OSHO Meditations in the past or have only experienced their benefits for yourself so far, you will be amazed how much more depth and understanding you can take away from this week. The short meditations also help in making meditation a 24-hour experience. If you want to share OSHO Meditations and grow as an OSHO Meditation Facilitator, don’t miss this course!

Whether you have already been facilitating OSHO Meditations or only experienced their benefits for yourself – you will be amazed at how much deeper your understanding will be by time you have completed this course.

About Sneha

Sneha

In 2005 Sneha realized it was time to discover more about herself and, as she was living in Mexico, her first explorations were heavily influenced by the Shamanic traditions of that country.

By 2007 her interest had become focused on the issues surrounding femininity and the role of women in the world today.

In 2010, she found herself in India doing the Work as Meditation Program at the OSHO International Meditation Resort – and during that time her understanding of the power of meditation to transform continued to deepen.

Since 2011, India has become her main base and she is currently facilitating a variety of courses including OSHO Meditative Therapies, OSHO Active Meditations, women’s circles in several places in Mexico and Bali, both in English and Spanish.

More about Sneha

I already knew the OSHO Active Meditations and have always liked them. I wanted to know them more thoroughly, both to get more personal benefit from practicing them and to obtain the necessary knowledge and requirements when facilitating them. My ideas about what I was going to learn have been far exceeded.

Tino Pond

Thanks to this intensive training course, I have started practising Osho Active Meditations with some of my yoga students. I am learning the power of catharsis and how profound Osho's contemporary methods are. My students and I love to dance, and active meditations allow us to express natural inner happiness, celebrate life, and experience oneness.

Sirisat Julia Claire

“Practice today and feel the result immediately. If someone is willing to give an hour, he should get the feel of the results after this very hour. Then only will he be able to give an hour of his time tomorrow; otherwise it is uncertain that he will do it tomorrow. Requirements have changed for this age. In the world of the bullock cart everything moved slowly, so also meditation moved at a slow pace. Now is the jet age; now meditation cannot afford to be slow. It has to pick up speed.” - Osho
