Eating is a natural activity but for many of us, it isn’t.

Sometimes you eat quickly, distracted, almost without noticing.

Sometimes you’re not even hungry — but suddenly you need something: a snack, something sweet, something crunchy. Something now.

You may eat when you’re stressed, lonely, or overwhelmed.
You may restrict, control, or obsess about food and calories.
You may look “fine” on the outside — but inside, food takes up far too much mental space.

Guilt. Cravings. Shame. Diet cycles. Fear of losing control. Over time, this constant tension can quietly shape how you feel about your body — and about yourself.

Osho explains that the problem is not food — it is unconsciousness.
We have lost connection with our body’s natural wisdom.

From this disconnection, two extremes arise:

  1. Overeating without listening to the body,
  2. Restricting or controlling without listening to the body

Both create tension, anxiety, and inner conflict with food and ourselves.

This 6-week live online course is not about dieting, weight loss, or following food rules.
It is about transforming your relationship with food from the inside out.

“You will enjoy more, but now food is not the source of your happiness, you are the source. You are not dependent on food, you are not addicted to it.”
— Osho, The Path of Yoga (#9)

A Different Way of Approaching Eating

In this course, there are no meal plans. No calorie counting. No “good” and “bad” food lists.

Instead, you will learn how to bring awareness into eating — and how that awareness naturally transforms your relationship with food.

Through Osho’s insights and meditations from the Book of Secrets, you will begin to notice:

  • How you actually relate to food
  • Where judgment and control enter
  • When eating is physical — and when it is emotional
  • Eat with awareness instead of compulsion

As Osho says, when you are connected to yourself, food is no longer the source of your happiness — you are.

Over 6 Live Weekly Sessions

We meet weekly online via Zoom for live, interactive sessions (not recorded). Each session combines Osho’s insights, meditative exercises, and methods from the OSHO Book of Secrets.

There is a WhatsApp group for support during the six weeks, and there will be fun exercises to try in between each week to strengthen this new way of eating.

Week 1: A Look at the Inner Judge
The voice of “should” and “should not.” Through simple exercises and a method from the Book of Secrets, we begin to become more friendly toward ourselves while we eat.

Week 2: Our Eating Environment & “Right Eating”
The environment where we eat impacts how we receive food. Often it’s rushed or distracted. We explore how disconnected eating develops — and how to create a more present, connected way of eating.

Week 3: Eating Consciously
This week we eat together on the video call so we can experience how it is to eat in our usual way. Then, using a method from the Book of Secrets, we experience the difference between mechanical eating and eating with presence.

Week 4: Accessing the body’s inner wisdom and eating the right food for you
Diets often ignore the individuality of the body. Through direct, meditative experience with various foods, you’ll discover which foods resonate with your individual body and which are not for you. You will learn to trust the wisdom of your body.

Week 5: Food habits and desires
We explore habits like eating from the mind, eating at fixed times even when we are not hungry, or eat to please another. Or reaching for certain foods in strong emotions — sadness, tension, or boredom.

Week 6: Eating with Gratitude
We close by looking at where food comes from using an exercise with natural and processed foods. With gratitude and presence, eating becomes more conscious and connected.

The format is experiential, supportive, and deeply personal.

This course is a space to explore eating in a different way —
with more awareness, more honesty, and more kindness toward your body.
