Realigning with the real needs of your bodymind
During this weeklong process of one hour per day, you will learn to allow your unconscious mind to relax and to realign with the real needs of your body; in the safety of the present moment. Using a light trance, and combining deep relaxation with alertness, you will learn to allow the body’s own self-healing wisdom to guide you in allowing wholeness and balance to be restored.

Once subscribed you will be able to do the meditations in the time and place suggested by the facilitator. Currently there is a free, 7-day trial, available. If the course you’ve booked is longer than 7 days, we suggest that you subscribe for one month.

Learning to share this process with others
Facilitating is for those who love the process and would like to learn to share it with others, or who simply want to deepen their own experience.

You will be given an in-depth understanding of the different components of this beautiful process, with time to practice and gain confidence.

Enriching your own journey through sharing

When you have experienced for yourself the benefits of this process of self-love and healing, learning to conduct it for others will deepen and enrich your own journey. You may also find it relaxing and joyful to conduct the process.

The extra facilitator training sessions start on the second day and are 3.5 hours long.
In accordance with Osho’s guidance, this training is open to women only.

At the end of the training, you will receive a Certificate of Completion, the facilitating manual, the music that accompanies the process, and licensing information.
