OSHO Hara Energy
Living in tune, living in balance, living in joy.
“The real way is to go within yourself and watch your own body from there, from the interiormost of your being. Then it is a tremendous joy … just to see its functioning, its ticking. It is the greatest miracle that has happened in the universe.” Osho
In this session we look at any body-based issue you may have and how that issue relates to energy, balance and breath. See your body from a space of clarity and relaxation and experience the benefits of living in tune with the hara.
We will look at your specific issues and choose appropriate and effective techniques to allow your life energies to flow naturally and harmoniously. Techniques include – hara breathing, energy transformation, yin yang balancing and OSHO Active Meditations.
“Bliss is the result of an organic unity with the universe, and anguish the result of an enmity. But unless you know the center you are bound to feel a thrownness, as if life has been forced upon you.” Osho
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
Take away benefits of this session are:
- a feeling of being at home in the world
- greater confidence and clarity concerning your body
- the ability to live a life that minimizes stress and maximizes resilience and personal effectiveness
“If you live without a center, if you feel you are an outsider, then anguish will result. However, if you feel that you are at home, that you are a growth, a realization of the potentiality of the existence itself – as if existence itself has become aware in you, as if it has gained awareness in you – if you feel that way, if you really realize that way, the result will be bliss.” Osho
