For me it was like a journey into some vast empty dark inner space. But as i was getting into the space or to say feel the space i got the frontal headache. Every time i did this self-hypnosis for meditation I had to step away and closely feel or see ONLY the surface of it (cautiously avoiding the headache). May be I am a beginner and so much acquainted with the external world for long enough the inner experience was new kind of creating phobia or a test for me to pass through.
