For me it was like a journey into some vast empty dark inner space. But as i was getting into the space or to say feel the space i got the frontal headache. Every time i did this self-hypnosis for meditation I had to step away and closely feel or see ONLY the surface of it (cautiously avoiding the headache). May be I am a beginner and so much acquainted with the external world for long enough the inner experience was new kind of creating phobia or a test for me to pass through. I thank you for such a wonderful course.

The technique and process is simple, but very powerful. Each day I was able to remain more aware during the process. And the awareness became even stronger when I included OSHO Kundalini meditation daily. In the final stage of both the meditation and the hypnosis I entered the same depth. It is very rejuvenating and I looked forward to each daily group session.

As a spiritual and pyschological practicioner, I was surprised how profound was the experience of this course.
First the deep relaxation, then the awareness of being a light, a lamp and consciousness inside, I found a safe space inside of me. The me in silence. I have been doing this meditation daily after the 21 days and is now part of my daily routine. I look forward to this time alone.
