The Course “How to deal with Anger” is so beautifully designed and facilitated Maneesha that It made Meditation practice so easy and helpful in my day to day life. In this course Maneesha shared more than 20 meditation techniques which I can practice at any time whether I am in market, home, office or waiting on traffic signal or listening to someone. This course gives me immense insight to live consciously my day to day life.
