When the World Begins to See You Differently
There comes a time in a woman’s life when the world may begin to look at her differently — or stop looking altogether.
Roles change. The body changes. Relationships change. What once felt certain may no longer fit. And yet, for many women, this can also become one of the most honest, creative, and deeply meaningful times of life.
“Childhood was beautiful; youth has its own flowers; old age has its own peaks of consciousness. But the trouble is that childhood comes on its own; for old age you have to be very creative.”
Osho, The Great Pilgrimage: From Here to Here (#13)
Growing older as a woman brings changes that are often deeply personal — and not always easy to speak about.
There may be changes in health, energy, sexuality, mobility, memory, or in how the world sees us. Friends or partners may be lost. At times, there can be a sense of becoming less visible, less needed, or uncertain about what this next stage of life is really for.
Who This Is For
This gathering is for women — generally from their mid-50s onward — who want to meet ageing with awareness rather than resignation.
Together, in a women-only space, we explore the real experience of growing older: the losses, the questions, the freedoms, and the unexpected strengths that can emerge with time.
What We Explore Together
Each session includes two elements:
Shared exploration – honest conversation in the group and in smaller breakout spaces, where women can speak openly about the challenges and discoveries of ageing.
Meditation – practical meditative methods that help us step back from the drama of change, reconnect with our inner centre, and discover what remains untouched beneath changing roles, identities, and circumstances.
What Becomes Possible
Through sharing, reflection, and meditation, participants begin to discover that ageing is not only about loss — it can also be a time of clarity, creativity, humour, freedom, and deeper self-knowing.
This is an evolving, living exploration — shaped by the women who join it.
Accepting that ageing is natural and inevitable, we can continue to grow inwardly — meeting change creatively, and discovering the wisdom that only a lived life can bring.
