A practical way to understand and release emotional patterns

Using the map of the seven chakras, this course offers a practical way to understand emotional patterns at their root — not just on the surface.

Instead of trying to change or control what you feel, you will learn how to work more directly with what is happening underneath.

Through breath, active techniques, and direct experience, you will:

  • recognize where emotions are held in the body
  • see how chakras relate to recurring patterns
  • release stored tension and emotional buildup
  • restore a natural flow of energy

These are not just ideas — you will work with breath, movement, and simple exercises that allow emotions to be expressed and released in a safe and grounded way.

As this begins to happen, clarity, ease, and a sense of inner space can emerge — and you may find yourself responding more calmly and with greater clarity in situations that used to trigger you.

Insights into what’s keeping you stuck

In a friendly and accepting atmosphere, you will work with breath, active techniques, and emotional release to access a space of inner clarity.

This makes it easier to see what is really going on beneath the surface — and to recognize how energy in the chakras may be blocked or flowing.

WHY ATTEND THIS COURSE?

Acceptance is the key to freedom

This course offers a practical way to move beyond compulsive emotional reactions that create tension and drain your energy. Instead of suppressing or judging what you feel, you will learn how to experience emotions consciously — without guilt or self-criticism.

Repression takes energy. When emotions are held back, less energy is available for awareness, clarity, and vitality. By allowing what is there to be experienced and accepted, something begins to shift naturally.

There is no need to condemn yourself. Instead, you can take responsibility for bringing these patterns into awareness and allowing them to move.

As this happens, energy is freed, and a more natural sense of ease, joy, and aliveness can emerge.

“The diamond is there, but it is hidden under much debris, dirt. The dirt has to be removed, only then will the diamond be available and the insight become available.”

More about Veet Mano

“You have not been in contact with yourself for long, for many lives. You are alienated from yourself, you have become a stranger to yourself because of this repressive attitude. We go on repressing everything. You have not screamed, laughed, you have not cried, you have not done anything authentically, deeply, in which your totality is involved. Deep down, you have been collecting madness. It can erupt at any moment. No one is normal because just behind the so-called normalcy, the abnormal, the madman is hidden. That abnormal, that repressed unconscious is a volcano, and it goes on disturbing your life, it goes on disturbing your perceptions. It goes on disturbing everything. It is poison, a source of poison that has to be released to make you feel at home with yourself. That’s the first step. Only then can you be at ease with the universe.” - Osho
