Most of the time in

Most of the time in our cultures, I can say everywhere in the world, we always live for others. They say, ‘Don’t cry,’ we don’t cry. They say, ‘Don’t laugh,’ we don’t laugh. But here in this process, I could cry, I could laugh, and I could also be in silence.

It taught me to express

It taught me to express what I feel instead of holding it back, and to let emotions move naturally. Not everything needs to be explained, controlled or turned into a story. When I allow myself to feel and express something, there is less need to carry afterwards or let it build up inside.

Most of all, it reminded me to let go of control. To stop trying to manage every emotion or protect myself from what I might feel tomorrow.

The return to the stillness inside of me

I loved this process day by day as it brought me deep inside to myself even deeper than I’ve been before. Was a bit skeptical two days prior as I had to be at home and I will make strange noises but day by day the process aligned with me and myself with the process and have given my totality into it. The group energy it felt amazing as if we were all in the same space.

Very strong, very good. Deep.

This week of active meditation has been a time for me, to learn how to connect me to the “all”.
The practice was very well explained by facilitator who is very clear and caring,
I’d like now to go deeper. Thank you all.
Bless

Super amazing

It was very deep and wonderful inner experience, pure somatic bodily experience. I feel changed and shifted from inside out. Thanks to all who support this process to happen.
